The Nanyang Fellows MBA (NFMBA) is a full-time one-year programme designed to accelerate the careers of senior managers and prepare them to become the next generation of global leaders.

Launched as a specialised programme for public sector professionals, the NFMBA has transformed into a holistic curriculum that welcomes all senior managers from both public and private sectors, taking best business practices from the West and combining them with in-depth business insights of the East.

The programme equips Asia’s future top business and government leaders with robust management knowledge, solid leadership skills and an international outlook to successfully lead in the global arena.

U.S. RESIDENTIAL
PROGRAMME

Nanyang Fellows will spend four intensive weeks in the U.S. where they will have opportunities to learn directly from world-renowned faculty members from three of the most prestigious universities in the U.S., and also get a snapshot of American culture and their way of life.

  • Dr Siriwan Chutikamoltham

    Academic Director, Nanyang Fellows MBA

    After joining the NBS Banking and Finance Department in 2009, Dr Siri went on to serve as the Director of Banking and Finance (B.Bus) from 2010 to 2014. She teaches international finance, corporate finance, and economics in the Executive MBA, Nanyang MBA, Nanyang Fellow MBA, Masters in Financial Engineering and the undergraduate programmes. Dr. Siri’s has over 30 years of experiences as a high-level executive, a business consultant and an academic.

    Lewis Lim

    Dr Lim received his doctoral education at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University-Bloomington in USA. He specialises in teaching Marketing Strategy and Product/Pricing Management courses at all levels. Trained in participant-centered learning pedagogy at Harvard Business School, he is an expert in simulation-based teaching and other experiential instruction methods.

    Dr Tan joined the school in 1994. He is one of the world’s leading practitioners in cultural intelligence , being among the first to develop and conduct corporate training programmes based on cultural intelligence. His expertise in cultural intelligence, and cross-cultural leadership, communication and negotiation is sought after by leading global companies. He is also regularly invited to be a guest speaker by different organisations in North America and Asia.

The programme attracts a select group of senior executives from around the region with a proven track record of leadership and a keen interest in public service. These participants are capable and highly-talented mid-career executive in their mid-30s to early 40s with at least 8 years of management or senior professional experience, personally endorsed by their CEOs (or equivalent superiors).
